3D Game in Unity with Music Analysis
Petrjanoš, Jakub ; Chlubna, Tomáš (referee) ; Milet, Tomáš (advisor)
This thesis is about music analysis and it's usage in game development in game engine Unity. With help of music analysis there is implemented path finding in procedural generated terrain. In development were used experimental methods and result is game, which generates path based on chosen song through procedural generated terrain and visualizes music.
Application of morphometric methods in anthropology
Pešek, Adam ; Eliášová, Hana (advisor) ; Šuláková, Hana (referee)
In last thirty years a new branch of comparative biology is growing rapidly, this branch is called the geometric morphometrics. Methods of geometrics morphometrics allow to gain and evaluate data about shape and size of studied object in 2D or 3D space. The character of input data divided methods used in geometric morphometric on method based on analysis of outlines and method based on analysis of landmarks. Many modern technologies like contact scanner, laser scanner or tps software are helping in data acquisition. The main conclusion of this bachelor work was exploring usability of methods of geometric morphometric in many cases in Anthropology. In many biological and mainly anthropological studies, geometric morphometric were applicated to compare shape variance and in studies of variability of shape. Common are studies of sexual dimorphism on human skeleton, ontogenetic developement of skeleton, disparity of sign on human skeleton among population and ethnicity or changes of these forms of structures in populations during time.

The fast Fourier transform and its applications to European spread option pricing
Bladyko, Daniil ; Stádník, Bohumil (advisor) ; Fleischmann, Luboš (referee)
This master thesis should provide reader with an overview of the European spread options evaluation using the fast Fourier transform numerical method. The first and second part of the thesis deal with the theoretical foundations of Fourier analysis and existing approaches of spread option valuation under two and three-factors frameworks (namely GBM - geometric Brown motion and SV - stochastic volatility). The third part describes extention of Hurd-Zhou (2010) valuation method by tool for call and put spread options pricing in case of negative or zero strikes. Extension will be compared with Monte Carlo simulation results from a variety of perspectives, including computing complexity and implementation requirements. Dempster-Hong model, Hurd-Zhou model and Monte Carlo simulation are implemented and tested in R (programming language).
Osteobiography of Early Medieval Warrior from Pohansko
Fikar, Vojtěch ; Sládek, Vladimír (advisor) ; Brůžek, Jaroslav (referee)
The aim of this thesis was to construct an osteobiografical profile of two individuals from the early medieval locality of Kostice-Zadní hrúd, identified, on the basis of grave inventory, as warriors. In order to obtain a clear picture of early medieval warriors and to provide a basis for comparison, we also tried to find out what characterised an average early medieval Great Moravian warrior. Individuals from the early medieval locality Pohansko-Břeclav were chosen as comparative samples of regular population and warriors. The following methods were used to construct an osteobiographical profile: tracking of entheseal changes of muscle attachments, analyses of cross-sectional geometry of long bones and a Fourier analysis of acetabular morphology. We found out that warriors from Pohansko-Břeclav were horse riders trained in close combat, they did not wear heavy armour and did not train with bow. Due to bad preservation, only one of the individuals subject to our study, the individual labelled KZH H003, could be analysed. The man was short in stature, he did not perform hard manual work, but he trained with sword and bow and rode a horse. Klíčová slova: Acetabulum, Warriors, CSG, entheseal changes, Fourierova analysis, early medieval, osteobiography
